How do I stop thinking negatively about myself because my crush likes someone else?

I (24M) learned that my crush (29F) is seeing someone else and it hurt me a lot (check out my profile for more context if you want it). This is a common occurrence for me and I can’t help but feel really sad and insecure about it. It makes me think that there’s something wrong with me and that the other person is just “better” than me. Like, if I were more handsome, smarter, funnier, etc, I would have found love by now but I never did because there’s always someone better. How do I stop thinking like this?
