How do I stop thinking negatively about myself because my crush likes someone else?
Post Body

I (24M) learned that my crush (29F) is seeing someone else and it hurt me a lot (check out my profile for more context if you want it). This is a common occurrence for me and I canā€™t help but feel really sad and insecure about it. It makes me think that thereā€™s something wrong with me and that the other person is just ā€œbetterā€ than me. Like, if I were more handsome, smarter, funnier, etc, I would have found love by now but I never did because thereā€™s always someone better. How do I stop thinking like this?
