Since two days ago I’ve been extremely irritable to the point where I feel the most rage I’ve ever felt in my life. The thing is, its happening for no reason. I’m not stressed or anxious, currently my life is pretty okay. I don’t know if it’s the new ADHD medication I’m taking because I can’t find anything on that online. I don’t know what’s happening because I know logically and rationally I have no reason to be mad(like there’s nothing bothering or triggering me and the only thing stressing me out is this exact thing I’m talking about rn) but I am so angry for no reason.
Anyone have any advice at least for managing this? I’ve tried breathing techniques and doing calming things that I enjoy but those haven’t worked and have actually made it worse on some occasions.
