i need help

I just hate who i am and no matter what i dont change. I dont know who i am or where im going anymore. Im a parasite and i push those i love away for whatever reason. I get moments of clarity but i have no control over them or my ambition to fix any of this mess i made.
I just dont know dude, i have the self respect to make this post as a last hurrah that maybe someone will have an qnswer for me but at the same time im laying in a dirty bed. Idk
