My teachers in the past always say visualize you at the beach or on the swing but all i see is black, or when they say imagine hearing the Ocean as the sun sets but i can't hear shit or see shit is there something wrong with me or are people just fucking crazy cause i thought imagining is pretending to see or hear something but i didn't know yall could see stuff. And another thing is the ability to remember is like I'm the one in control and not my brain cause like how do people see flashbacks or remember stuff for me remembering is weird cause i don't know when or where something happened i just do know its weird i remember but don't remember how its confusing.
