Need help with car insurance tips to find a better company

Hello everyone I’m 23 years old have somewhat of a decent driving record. Issue is I’m from NJ and have had two individuals collide into me in 2022 and we’re a no fault state. Geico has been slamming me with random rates since and no explanation to higher costs from representatives. Can anyone help me with some tools/apps to use to shop around?
