Hi, im sort of new to this but my best friend slept with my ex while we were dating and the wound is very fresh. Im very angry and hurt and feel the most empty I’ve felt in my whole life. I don’t understand why or how and I don’t think my trust will ever be the same. For new years I have up PMO and have been working out to numb the pain but nothing seems to be working. Any advice would be appreciated.
