I just submitted a new adventure -- The Song Pharaoh's Coda -- which is born-digital and not a PDF. I wasn't sure what to put for "page count." It's a web site, and the site was designed to be run from a tablet or phone, so it doesn't have "pages" in the traditional sense.
I did add a print stylesheet, so it'll print out okay. I estimated it at 37 by print-previewing each section; but that doesn't include the stat blocks or handouts, which are linked out separately.
How should page count be estimated when the adventure doesn't have pages? I'm happy to revise the page count if there's a better method.
