22[F4A] #long-term #detailed #dark #darkromance Searching for a RP partner for a “Therapist Patient Roleplay”

Hello! Experienced & detailed writer here, searching for a roleplay partner who’d be interested in the dark themed-romance prompt down below.

A little bit of a warning, this RP has very dark themes/moments and mentions of self-h@rm, mental illness, violence, S@, and etc. If stuff like this makes you uncomfortable, please don’t read further, and this isn’t the role for you.

I’m looking for someone who is willing to be spontaneous, creative, keep the storyline going, able to be extremely detailed, can play more than one character if necessary, and is able to at least write a paragraph-sized response. I am also searching for someone who isn’t just looking for a sexual RP, because this isn’t that.

There will be intimate situations, however, this is a slow burn/long-term roleplay that has build-up and I’d like to create a storyline.

must be 18

If you’re interested, please create a DETAILED character description, and DM me! If you’d like to RP on discord, just DM me your handle, and I’ll try to add you asap

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION

{NAME} Aria “Ari” Thorn {AGE} 24 Years Old {PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION} She has a slender frame, slight curves, size 38C breasts, and stands at 5’2. Aria has smooth and beautiful light skin that seems to glow in the sunlight, as well as light freckles that cover her whole face. She has hazel eyes and her hair is long, with loose waves, and is a chestnut brown.

{CHARACTER BACKGROUND INFORMATION}

Aria was born in Sterling Heights, Michigan. For as long as she could remember, Aria has been on her own, and taking care of herself. Aria’s parents were young runaways that lived in a drug den when they had her. Sadly, they never wanted or planned on having children. They focused on themselves, partying, and the drug dealing business they were a part of. Once Aria was born, her mother and father went back to their lives, and ignored the fact that they had a daughter. They would forget to change her, feed her, bathe her, and outright refused to show her any ounce of affection. The only reason why Aria survived her newborn and infant stages were due to some of the dealers that also lived in the drug den. As Aria grew a little older, she would take care of herself, but would beg for her parents attention and affection. She’d make them pictures, throw tantrums, hurt herself, but everything she did to get them to love her.. Didn’t work. When Aria was eight years old, her parents were arrested, and she was placed in a group home until they could find next of kin. She stayed in the group home for almost two years before being informed that she was being placed into a foster home. Unfortunately, Aria’s maternal and paternal grandparents didn’t want to take her in. This broke Aria’s already fragile heart.

Until Aria was seventeen years old, she had been in and out of twenty-five different foster homes. She would get too attached, borderline obsessive, to her foster parents the moment they showed her any affection or kindness. Aria would freak out or have a breakdown if they left her alone, she would hurt herself to make sure she had their attention, and if they already had kids or took in another foster child.. She would make it her mission to try to get rid of them or get them in trouble. Aria also had these problems when it came to relationships. She would latch on, obsess, and stalk any guy or girl that seemingly liked her. Finally, when Aria was seventeen, she was involuntarily placed in a psychiatric hospital after trying to kill her former foster parent’s son so they would adopt her, then she would have all of their attention. She was diagnosed with an extreme personality disorder, severe anxiety, and an attachment disorder. Luckily, Aria was found not guilty of attempted murder due to mental illness or mental defect, however, she was ordered to the psychiatric hospital to undergo treatment until she shows no more signs of being a danger to herself or others.

{BACKGROUND INFORMATION}

Aria has been in the psychiatric hospital for almost seven years. For two of those years, Aria didn’t respond to treatment, and was very violent towards the people around her. She didn’t start showing any effort or improvement until you became her new psychiatrist. The first time you met Aria, it was your first day, and she was a part of your first group therapy session. She was quiet. To herself. She looked to be a mix of sad, angry, and like a scared little girl even though she was almost twenty at this time. Aria didn’t participate at all during group. She just sat quietly, looking at the floor, and fidgeting with the sleeves of her sweatshirt. After the group session, you sat in your office, and read through Aria’s file to learn about her past. The more you read about her, the more your heart broke. It was clear that she craved unconditional love. She needed support. She needed you. From that moment on, she began seeing you one-on-one. For the first few sessions with you, Aria refused to speak, and said that she didn’t trust anyone anymore. She just sat there, staring at the floor like she does during group sessions. It seemed like you were getting nowhere with her. The fourth session you had with Aria, something was different. Something had happened. Something was wrong with Aria. She walked into your office, sat down with tears running down her cheeks, and her body wouldn’t stop shaking, “Aria..? Are you alright? What happened?” You asked with concern. She stayed silent, shook her head ‘no’, and began sobbing harder with her head down. You sat next to Aria, keeping some distance between you and her, and told her, “Listen to me. You can trust me. I promise you. I am here to help and listen to you. But I cannot do that if you don’t let me. Please tell me what happened.”

Aria slowly looked up at you. It was like you brought a little bit of light back into her eyes. That’s when she broke down and explained that one of the guards touched her inappropriately, that it’s not the first time it has happened, and that she didn’t believe or trust that he loved her. She gave you his name, gave more details, and told you exactly when and where the incidents occurred. With that information, you went to the head of the hospital, and after a short investigation, the guard wasn’t arrested but was promptly fired. From that moment on, Aria started to trust you, and began opening up to you and during the group therapy sessions. She was making amazing progress. She was able to start making friends with other patients, she wasn’t violent anymore, she stopped hurting herself, and she started taking her medication regularly without a fight. Due to all of her long-term progress, Aria was finally able to be released. At first, Aria was ecstatic about the news, “I’ll finally be able to get a dog!” That is what excited her the most about being released. Unfortunately, during her second to last session with you, she began talking about you and her having a relationship outside of the hospital. “Now we’ll be able to go out for coffee together!” “I can’t wait for you to see the apartment the state is setting up for me!” It was clear that she didn’t realize, you couldn’t have any type of relationship with Aria, unless it was a psychiatrist and patient relationship. As you explained that to her, you could tell she was hurt, angry, and couldn’t understand why it was wrong, “B-but? I thought you were here for me? Y-you can’t leave me too.” She spent the rest of the session silent, aside from her light sobbing, and sniffles. Her last session with you before she was released, she just sat there with a blank expression on her face, and refused to speak. That was the last time you saw her.

{PROMPT/STARTER}

It’s a calm, rainy Friday night. You’ve just arrived home from a long day at work and all you wanted to do was relax for the weekend. You took an hour shower, ate dinner, and watched a show in the living room until midnight. When you went upstairs to go to bed, you noticed that the door was closed, but after you had gotten dressed, you could have sworn you left the door open. This stopped you in your tracks for a moment, ‘Am I going crazy?’ You asked yourself in your head. ‘I’m probably just exhausted and my mind is playing tricks on me.’ You thought as you opened the door and slowly walked into the dark bedroom. Before you could react, Aria hit you over the head, knocking you out, with one of your bedside lamps.

Your eyes slowly flickered open. That’s when you saw Aria standing at the edge of your bed holding one of your huge kitchen knives with tears in her eyes. You tried to sit up in a panic, but that’s when you realized your arms and legs were tied to the bed. “..Why did you lie about caring about me!? WHY?!” Aria screamed at you. Her body was trembling, she was almost hyperventilating, and tears covered her very red face. In that moment, your fear turned to understanding that she was in the middle of a crisis, and that she was hurt because Aria felt unloved and abandoned again. At this point, Aria had only been out of the hospital for only three weeks, and it was clear that she needed more help. She looked disheveled. Aria’s hair was messy, knotted, and it was clear she hadn't bathed in awhile. Her eyes have dark circles around them that weren’t there when she was released and her outfit is the same one she wore when she left the hospital. Her light gray sweatshirt was stained, her black leggings had holes, and she was only wearing her white socks that are now covered in grass and dirt from walking around without shoes. Suddenly, Aria stabbed the area of the bed that was near your left leg, “ANSWER ME!” She yelled again at you.
