Lately I've been chasing all the shades of darker red. Dark fables, insanity, fabricated lies and less than ideal situations that coalesce into a gripping storyline that spirals downward for days before it gets pulled out of the pit. In the quest for that sort of plot, I've come to yearn for something pink, golden, green and yellow. Don't get me wrong, I would still jump up at the possibility of some gritty dark romance and a dangerous seduction, but why not delve into something lighter as well?
I am 22F with 7 years of roleplay experience. I've been writing for twice that long and have dabbled in most genres. My favourites are always fantasy, royal settings, Cyberpunk, neo-noir, Sci fi, thrillers, and anything that involves magic or something powerful and hidden. You can run almost any genre through me and I would say yes, except for some mundane slice of life.
A few examples of the sort of stuff I enjoy: 1. Anything that involves a vampire/witch.
A Royalty themed courtship story with a supernatural twist.
A Cyberpunk rocker x photographer story that explores the obsessed artist trope.
Something built around Haunting Adeline/ Neon City
A sci-fi experimental potion that is supposed to make anyone fall in love with you but a mishap results in the piece of shit company owner spraying the entire thing over the two of you, which leads to... consequences.
A college student leading a secretive double life and the sunshiney girl who falls in love with him.
These are just ideas, I would love to come up with our own.
I am a detailed, intricate writer, who loves to unravel complex emotions in characters. I enjoy elaborately thought out scenes and character dynamics. I enjoy the novella way, and my posting schedule will be sporadic.
Details! I love details, descriptions, a deep dive into character emotions and the slow, detailed unravelling of a knot of complex emotions.I love it when a complex web of feelings and conflict, slowly disentangles and blossoms into soft buds of love and attachment. Or toxic belladona? who knows?
All for worldbuilding, and I am inclined to make my characters suffer, but that sweetens the victory.
I love action scenes, conspiracies, alliances and backstabbing.
Iām all for romances, character driven stories, growth, progression, cliches and dramas as well.
