Renting before job starts.
Post Body

I recently moved to a new state after graduation, and have a job offer that will start in one month. I am trying to get a rental house with a few people in the area. One friend already makes almost the entire 3x rent requirement of places we are looking at, and with the other person it is well above. When I start my salary will also be reasonably high. I also have lower than ideal savings currently but no debt and a credit score somewhere between 750-780. Am I going to ruin the chance of securing a property due to my temporary situation. Is there anything I should be doing when submitting applications?
