I am planning to move in with a couple of roommates in the next few months. My friend recently found a place but I am not going to me moving in for at least 2 months. The rental company wants applications for everyone of course. My friend makes enough to cover the rent alone, and I have a very good credit score but I don't currently have a job. I have a job offer and start date already set (again months away). What are the chances my situation affects the chances of getting a place. I would assume that because my roommates make enough to qualify it shouldn't be a big problem. Also do you generally need to add everyone at once or do some companies allow people to be added to after the lease starts.
