I feel very dumb writing this, but I am looking for help so please bare with me.
I’m 24 and I live in NYC. For some reason, I cannot get it in my head to look both ways when I cross the street (I think it’s because I was raised in suburbia where street crossing wasn’t a major activity). And today I decided I really need to do something about this or I’m literally going to die. I’m finding no advice on the internet or apps or anything on how to remember to look both ways as an adult.
Do y’all have any advice for teaching yourself simple habits like this one?
