Advice regarding goals and general numbness
Post Body

Hello,

I have that kind of syndrome of a person that is always busy 24/7, either working hard, working out hard, with my life to the very last minute of every day.

However, I take a look into my life and I’m a 32yo Man with very few achievements: I have a good (read stable) job, I am on those golden handcuff jobs, where I cant find anything better but won’t get promoted and advance on my career. No girlfriend. And I still live with my parents.

I feel that this adding to the fact that I’m always busy with something makes this comfortably numb. And I’m afraid I’ll end up in 20 years, childless, with a life wasted with… I don’t know what.

Do you have any advices? When I’m focus I can do the things, for instance if in my friend group everyone gets a girlfriend I magically will very quickly get one.

Not sure if I’m clear but I can clear doubts on the comment section
