How to overcome being bad at life from age 19-23 (25M)
Post Body

It sucks how harshly society judges these ages. Employers blacklist you because you struggled to get anything going.

I don't know what to do. I paid off my debt after working 70-80 hours a week at a manufacturing plant (It was a lot of debt). I now have a position where I gross about 800-1100 a week, not the worst. Only problem is, the job is very very dirty, hot and I smell like motor oil every day. I have so many cuts on my hands. And I feel like I'm stuck.

What can I do to get a better job, better life, and actually be something by age 30? I'm afraid I'm chained by the job market, which doesn't like me.

I don't know what to do. Go study something better? That seems to be the only option since employers want a relevant baccelor's for any relevant job. I almost wish I didn't have my communications degree.

I hate the book "The Defining Decade", because it's true. Society hates those who sucked in this age range.

AI and Globalization are making it so I'm stuck here forever
