Ok, so I recently took over my late grandparents paper work and stuff, reading the notes, I found out that when the farm trust was formed that the lawyer more or less just took the money, nothing was ever put in to the trust its just a sheet of paper, ( found this out when talking about the lawyers of a soler co.) the trust was formed over 20 years ago, lawyer is retired and no longer practicing law, would is behoove me to reach out to them and ask them to fix it? Should I contact the state bar or am just screwed? Has anyone ever dealt with something like this?
