And what helps calm you down?
I don't feel nervous often. I think my big trigger is not knowing what's gonna happen. Like lack of control and the "now what?" feeling, which like... that doesn't make me special haha 😆. That's like default everyone feels that kinda nervousness right?
I remind myself that the sun will eventually burn out and we'll be long dead so legit nothing "matters" so that helps. Lol.
