Working out after a long day
Post Body

I’m up at five or 5:30 AM I’m at work by 7 AM and then I don’t get home until 7 PM. Then I have to do all the things an adult typically does (cook, clean and see after my mother, etc.) after 7 PM and still find time to work Out for 45 minutes to an hour. I swear to you, by the time I get home from work or clock out I am genuinely fucking tired and I hate that It typically boils down to people telling me that I’m just lazy.

And I think what pisses me off the most is that the same people trying to say I’m lazy or whatever don’t work as much as I do or even have half the responsibility that I do.

I don’t know maybe I’m overreacting. Maybe I am being lazy? Who the hell knows… 🤷🏾‍♀️

EDIT: by the first two comments, I realized maybe my point to this post wasn’t clear lol basically I’m saying I don’t actually work out after work because I’ve just spent 12 hours on my feet and actually using my brain at work and then do other things after spending 12 hours on my feet lol

But I would like to, but I feel like I’m obviously missing something…
