What do you do once you’ve become the toxic person in the relationship and you can’t get past your trauma that was created by your partner how do I take accountability and actually move forward I still love her but I cant get over my trauma she’s better now but every time she acts similar to how she used to I start reacting and get angry unnecessarily (I’m in biweekly therapy and go to anger management and parenting classes) I’m also trying to keep my composure during work and other activities I do If you have any advice regarding relearning patience or becoming more emotionally stable or less volatile
