That's actually most of the time. Lol. I don't think I'm in any position to give advice but if you want some advice from some asshole on the internet anyway then here it is.
Accept the help. You're not strong by shutting people out. You're hurting yourself and making your life harder by doing so. If you need help look for it and when it's offered take it. Often times if it's offered and you don't need it then that's someone just wanting to spend time with you so accept it anyway.
Or whatever or whatever. 🤷♂️
