Let me tell you, we work longer than 9-5. We wake up, check OF, all socials and reply to everyone. Do fasted cardio (since I’m a bodybuilder), get ready, promote, eat, gym, shower, promote, eat, do work, replying to people all day, make content for other socials, reply, eat, plan out content etc and it’s all day thing
