Home financing advice
Post Body

I'm 28 and I've rented since I have lived on my own recently my grandfather has gifted me some (mostly) empty property inc. septic well foundation and electricity.

I started out on my own on the backfoot( parents put things like utilities and cable in my name) my credit is not good but leagues better then when I started off. I would like to put a double wide on this property as that's what was previously on the foundation. But I am lost as to where I can start besides the property I currently don't have any real assets aside from my old beater geo metro. I do work full time and I've never missed a bill payment but as I've rented I have no clue where to start with this. Literally any advice would be much appreciated.
