I just saw that there's been another mass shooting at a medical Center in Atlanta. Aren't we having a new mass shooting just about every day? It feels kind of like it must have felt to watch the Holocaust unfold. But even that didn't come until after the end of the war and it was sort of self-limiting. This just keeps going on and on and on and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it because the crazies are in control. The second amendment freaks think they're so right about telling everybody to get armed and all the rest of us want is not to be shot at. I wonder if it has occurred to any of them how much harm they're doing their own cause. Yes we have the second amendment, but how strong will the gun control momentum be once the crazies are out of power and the rest of us are left to put a lid on this craziness. How strong do you think we're going to batten down the hatches once we have the ability to control guns once and for all. If these dummies would have just done their hunting and their target practicing and enjoyed their gun fetish in private they would have had a lot more freedom than what they're going to end up with.
