Idk the last 3ish days have been chaotic. I've been doing my usual form of sh when the feelings of abandoned and feeling dirty and used hit. I work a full time job and it's been hard trying to keep my urges to fall apart sealed until I can come home and fall apart. But today all I could think was how I wanted to do a different form, a more caustic form of sh to purify the areas he dirtied.
