I had the most unexpected urge to relapse today. I’m 28 and haven’t thought of it in years. Life has not been easy.
I hope this helps someone, my past self would have needed it.
Your body needs fuel and rest. That’s how we can deal with the things out of our control.
Eat some food, give your body a peaceful recharge and a mental break.
I was watching Yuri on Ice and the most fitting message came in.
“No matter how much you think you’re not doing good enough, there are people out there who look up to you. There are people out there you see you as goals.”
It might seem impossible, but you need to give your body and mind its best fighting chance.
Food. Relax your body and mind.
