I have one nipple that has one sinus open, I have been soaking with hot water/epsom salt in a Haakaa, pumping it, getting it suckled, still only one spot drains big drops. It tingles and gives shooting pain. It's harder and thicker feeling than the right one ( who isn't spraying yet but has at least 5 or 6 sinuses drains multiple drops.) the left breast has always been bigger and I think my hubby favors it, mostly because of how we lay in bed. So how do I get this thing open!!?? I see nothing that looks like a bleb, I just think it looks more red/purple at times. Is it vasospasming? Can anyone knowledgeable do a video chat with me?? I am pumping 3 times a day, suckled morning and night, sometimes once in the night. I can't get this lefty to catch one. I literally feel like the left is plugged or vasospasming. I am terrible at hand expressing, just end up bruising myself. How do I get the milk out?? Help
