I have had a big change this week despite being stressed in life. So I have noticed more milk than before, tingling pins and needles in the left. I see no signs of anything bad happening. This am had some good suckling time early and later into the morning. I try to hand express hours later and see NOTHING. Why isn't it consistent? I am going to pump for stimulation but I can't get anything using marmet. The only time I get milk is if I do marmet a bit then stop and squeeze then tip of my nipple. Then drops come, not a lot but a few. Trying to take my Dom more regular, like 30mg every 6-8 hrs. Am I making gains? No idea. My husband keeps having dreams of milk spraying everywhere, like from me or other women he knows so I would love to make his dreams come true!! I feel like I am on the edge of getting more milk but man it's a lot of work!!
