So now that I have milk and rn I'm at pretty steady steams and my right boob is definitely the squirter of the 2. Although I don't get much when I pump usually only enough to see there's some in the flange but never in the actual bottle. But when I hand massage it seems like it will never stop.

My schedule to induce has been switching from pumping and hand massages when I'm at home in the morning and evening. While I'm out I try to pump with my elvie while I'm driving. At work I can get away with going to the bathroom every 2 hrs and a while to empty them a little bit for about 5ish minutes for both. And I have a tens unit although I haven't been as good as putting it on now that I have milk, but I used to use it every 2 hrs at work.

I am currently taking the liquid gold supplements and I added some fenugeek gummies now that I actually have milk. Along with my 3 doses of dom a day.

What should I keep doing and any recommendations for changes? Also any tips that helped bring your supply up? Is the tens unit still helpfull now that I have milk?
