Hello I am a 22 female whose never given birth and I have been inducing for about a month now I got clear drops a few days ago now its been pretty consistently a milky color is this now in steams everytime I hand massage would this now be considered actual milk or I'm I still in the pre milk stage. I have also started getting squirts :) but it turned form clear to milky overnight so I'm not 100% sure if I've hit milk or not.

I am sadly doing this on my own the drops taste a little salty I haven't found someone to suckle sadly

Question for my lactating queens, can I still use a tens unit? If I'm at work and can't use my hand for a while is it ok to use the tens unit I know I still have to express the milk but if I can do it every 2 hrs can I still stimulate with it?
