I am still trying but my nipples are so sore! I am starting to think it's my husbands latch but when I bring it up to him he's says, "I'm trying". I have showed him videos, and I have tried backing off the strength of my pump suction. The only other thing is I recently got Biote placed with both estrogen and testosterone. It's been about 9 months since my last Biote because the last one had way too much testosterone and I was miserable with side effects. Anyone else on hrt and inducing? I also take meds for fibromyalgia. I am using nipple balm called Bamboobies and I used the measuring tool to get the right flange size for my nipples. I used to be a certified lactation consultant so struggling with this is frustrating. I want to lactate so badly but I feel like something isn't right which is causing the soreness. Thoughts? He typically nurses morning and night, then I pump twice during the day. I get nothing. Using Dom. Hand expression I get drops. Left side drops are thick white one pore only, right side about 4 pours release thin white/yellow drops. But to hand express I always have to squeeze the actual nipple, it does not just come with normal marmet type expression.
