Hello everyone so this is my first day and I'm going to start pumping every 2 hrs to try and induced lactation! I'm a 22F and I've never been pregnant. I'm on an iud and I would rather not take it out for convenience because Im really bad at taking the pills. Im going to start this journey with out any dom, but am open to it being a possible in the future when im more educated about the whole process. I got the elvie pump stride yesterday should i invest in something else or will this do for now? feel free to give me tips I would greatly appreciate it!
