Hello all,

I have currently been trying to induce since the start of the new year. I haven’t been the most consistent with my schedule at all but I have been trying to do every few hours at least 7 minutes of the Marmet technique mixed with some pumping. I am going to start using the Tens Unit as well. I’ve also been taking lactation supplements and eating oatmeal almost every morning. As I was hand expressing today I noticed little dots in the areola that were slightly glistening and when I roll the nipple/touch them a little bit I see the slightest glistening and wetness!!!!! I am so excited!!! Milk is on the way!!!!!

I don’t know why I’m so infatuated by the idea of my breasts producing milk but it excites me to my core!! My breasts have been more full and I’m excited for all of the changes to come!! I’m very excited at my progress in such little time and it is motivating me to keep pushing!! 💪💪
