Re Lactate

So I’m going to try to relactate.. it’s been about 8yrs since I stopped breastfeeding, I only did it for a year but I was an oversupplyer so drying up took sone time. To this day I can still get a drop from each daily (I’m sure more if I tried throughout the day) but do I need to work through all the suggested steps? (Pump, pills, ect) Should I order the pills and when taking them do you need to continue possibly forever while living the ANR life?
