Last week I posted my 3 month update (https://www.reddit.com/r/AdultBreastfeeding/s/6ieGB93OfZ).
At the time, I was averaging 2 mL a day. That particular day I got 2.37 mL.
Tonight, I am at 3.29 mL!
The crazy thing is that since Monday, I have been busy delivering day long workshops for a client with 0 time for privacy. Even during breaks, the ducklings are underfoot. So no pumping!
Here is how I pivoted:
- 3:30 am, 5:30 am, 6:30 am pump sessions
- 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (sometimes 7pm depending on group dinners) use the TENS every 1-2 hours. I stick the pads on before I head in and just operate the unit throughout the day. *7pm, 8:30 pm pump sessions followed by extensive hand expression
OMG this has made a huge difference. This my first business trip in all my attempts inducing where I did not encounter a set back.
