Can you please help me identify what this liquid is

Long story short I'm a transgender woman inducing lactation. I have very high hormone level about same as pregnant women. I inject extradile for around 2 years and take progesterone. I would post a picture but I can't I produce about 2.5 ml of a clear Amber salty fluid per pump session
