I’ve decided to stop pumping and I plan to do the 6 month Newman goldfarb protocol. My life is too busy right now, I need to focus on other aspects. I’ve looked over the posts and I can’t find one that directly answers which birth control would be best. I’m following the 6 month protocol mentioned in this link, though I’m wondering if 9 would give me better results. When the end of the months come will it help that I’ve lactated before? Any tips or advice are appreciated on the protocol, tapering dom to avoid side affects, and tapering pumps to avoid infection
