Inducing lactation and trying for a child
Post Body

Hi there my husband and I (28F) have been wanting to induce lactation and I was on fairly high doses of fenugreek for a few months then heard about it possibly messing with ovulation and hormone levels. I have a small hands-free pump that I was using too on a regular schedule 3-4 times a day. I got a little worried though as pumping tends to cause mild cramping sensations too so I paused that for the time being.
I just wanted to know if anyone has a similar story or experience of trying for a kid while trying to promote lactation.
I don't want it to prevent/delay us wanting to build a family...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have never had a child and I had a miscarriage at 11 1/2 weeks 2 years ago. Just stating for some extra history.
