Pumping and while sick

Hi I had a breakthrough yesterday got a micro bubble on one nipple and later in the day got weak milky drops from both breast's... Today I came down with COVID and while I'm not that sick my skin and muscles and breast's are really sore... Especially my breast's... I tried pumping but it was awful and I had to stop... Wonder if anyone has any advice... I've been pumping for 6 weeks and I wonder how much a couple of days will set me back.
