Just 3 for Dom?

So I got my Dom today! Yay! I'm on some other Dopamine agonists… so basically Dom won’t metabolize as quickly for me. Starting with 3 a day (spaced out) is what I've read.
Does that mean I can take a smaller dose and it will work? Or will it just take longer to work? I already have some drops on my own, I want to start NOW but I'm taking Augmentin and I don't know if they will mix nicely.
Does anyone have any personal experiences with this?
