I work a job that has me out of the house for 12hr a day. I do have a 30 min break, but otherwise no time to pump or stimulate manually. I’m on my feet all day, so I don’t have the privacy of a desk or anything either. I have tried to induce in the past but I always end up feeling discouraged and like I’m not doing enough. I’m not comfortable using dom. I had been using fenugreek, sunflower lecithin, moringa, milk thistle, and fennel seed (all but fenugreek were a combined capsule.) I worry that even if I was successful I wouldn’t be able to keep up with it since I can barely find time as is to try to induce.
I had been monitoring my hormones prior to starting the process (for other health reasons) and my prolactin level actually decreased from 38 to 15 while taking the supplements. I have a mirena iud, I’m 22f, never pregnant, never lactated before.
I’m just curious if anyone has any advice or suggestions?
