I have recently met someone for dry nursing. Man I forgot how good it was. No matter how outlandish my fantasies seem, real life experience is better every time.

But I digress. Yesterday I noticed my left breast hurt when I bent forward putting PJs on. This would have been about 10 hours after nursing. I have what appears to be a two lines, like a tooth mark right beside each other on the areola, above the nipple.

I washed with soap and water and put polysporn on. Again with the polysporn. It looked okay this morning. This evening it's a bit sore and a tad red around the scab.

My question is how concerned should I be considering how full of bacteria mouths can be? Is there any other home treatments to try to avoid infection?

I will go to the Dr if anymore signs come about.
