I have been on this lactation journey just over a month now. I started with just pumping for a week. Then started taking liquid gold twice a day for 2 weeks. And I started domperidone about 11 days ago. I got duct fluid the last 4 days but tonight I seen actual white milk! I cried tears of happiness that my time and effort hasn’t been a waste! I’m finally feeling like I can actually do this. And it is amazing. Maybe I’m so emotional because I’m on day 2 of my period but I have been tearing up randomly since I seen it earlier tonight.
