So this will be my first time having a partner to help and pumping … finally got my husband to suckle correctly ( it’s taken a very long time) anywho! I know that the stimulation and everything helps things move along quicker, however I do not take any Dom. Just a lactation supplement and I had bariatric surgery 6 months ago and I also get in 60 mg of protein shake plus a multivitamin that covers all nutrients/vitamins too. So with that being done and no carbs etc…
Does anyone have any idea on a rough time line for when I may see milk? I mean I’ve produced in the past- breast feed twins, then have induced on and off over the last 3 years so I still have working ducts etc. just never got past drops and maybe a stream here and there.
