A new thing.. Progress?

I've noticed over the last week that there is dried crystallized something on the inside of my flanges. I never really see anything wet though but that has to be coming from somewhere. I'm guessing dried duct fluid. Just shy of 5 months in, no Dom. As I mentioned in another post, I'm sensing progress... More sensation.
