We’ve started to try and naturally induce lactation. No previous pregnancy. About 3-4 weeks ago we started with just sucking for 20 minutes a day. We got a tens unit and have been using that for 20 minutes a day as well (for the past 2 weeks or so). We’ve paired this daily fenugreek tea at least once a day. We’ve noticed a little bit of change in the nipples and we’re getting some tingling in the nipples at the end of our sessions. This past week we Haven’t been as consistent with sucking and mainly been relying on the Tens unit. We Havnt noticed the tingling in the nipples any more. Have we gotten set back a little bit? Or is the tingling kind of intermittent?
