We have heard news about how ANR while also having a newborn can cause problems with the breast milk for the baby and that the mother's body is fine-tuned to the needs of the baby. It states that if an adult is nursing, the mother's body will be confused about what to make/pass into the milk. Is this an actual problem? I feel there is more to it than that because then wouldn't it cause issues when nursing a newborn and a 2-year-old? Basically, we just want to make sure we are doing what is safe for the newborn as we are planning on having another in the future and want to be aware of any concerns. If it is a issue, what age would be okay to start ANR again?
Thank you.
