Keeping nipples centered

Hi everyone! How do you keep these dang things centered in your flanges? I use a nursing-pumping bra and find that snapping the cups in after placing the nipple in helps (vs squeezing in the flanges through the pumping slots while wearing it). But I often still end up knocking them off-center when snapping in the other cup or trying to do anything besides sitting still! TIA!
