My lady has POI and thus runs estrogen and progesterone to be normal. We have had a slow start inducing with just dom and also dom 1-2 weeks of hormone cessation to simulate the pregnancy drop.
Maybe it’s rare enough that no one here has needed to deal with this, but we are planning to ramp up her doses a bit extra in order to make the drop more stimulating.
Can anyone think of a parallel context that could provide an example of safe but effective “mega dosing” in terms of both dose and duration?
