Hello! Long time reader first time poster! I just started inducing yesterday, and I have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer for on the Reddit! I’m 26 and don’t plan on using dom or any supplements, and have never been pregnant (I’m also not on bc).

I’ve been using a tens unit for a couple days, but got a pump yesterday (both nipples have released a yellow droplet). Is it beneficial to use the tens unit for a bit and then pump right after? I’ve been doing pumping every two hours with ten mins of the tens unit in the hour in between.

Any advice or recommendations are welcome!! And if anyone has a similar bio to me, please let me know your timeline and when you started seeing results!
