I'm so confused if I'm being honest. The first time I induced I used 21mm inserts and it seemed to work fine but this time around its irritating me so I've been going with the standard 24mm flanges and they're comfortable, they don't hurt but I'm getting a few other signs that they're too big such as my nipples going kind of white and cool after pumping. I'm also not getting anything while pumping, so I tried switching back to 21mm and it felt like my nipples were rubbing the sides and it wasn't super comfortable at first. I didnt get anything at the size either! But the thing is I'm getting a bunch of drips and even the occasional baby spray when I hand express. Am I doing something wrong while pumping? Do I need to try and find different inserts? Or does the pump just not work as well as it used to for me? I'm using the same 2 pumps I did the first time I induced and a very similar schedule & Dom dose.
