Hormonal Acne

So I just started pumping this week on Tuesday, been doing 8 pumps a day, and I broke out in acne on my chin/by my mouth. I haven't had acne for like 10 years like this. I haven't chchanged anything about my diet, my period has been regualr. Is it because of the regular. Has anyone else experienced this?
